About Shelton PTSA

Shelton PTSA is a volunteer group of family members, teachers, students and administrators who work collaboratively to sponsor social and educational events, as well as support our Shelton community. 

It is a local PTA/PTSA organized under the authority of Colorado Congress of Parents and Teachers (Colorado PTA), a branch of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers (National PTA).

• ​To build community and integrate all families into the school by providing cultural and educational programs at Shelton.
• To promote social activities that heighten school spirit, encourage family togetherness and promote humanitarian efforts within our community.
•  To provide educational opportunities and curriculum support.
•  To recruit and empower our volunteers by encouraging and organizing volunteer support opportunities for school and PTSA programs and events.
• To communicate effectively about PTSA events and opportunities.
