Session #4 Before and After School Enrichment Classes
2025-2026 School Year 


Registration will close March 28th, or as soon as classes fill.  Space is limited in each class.  If you are interested in a scholarship, please contact Jason Taylor at Shelton no later than March 28th (NO LATE ENROLLMENTS). 

Dates: April 6 - May 22 (Drama Club is a 2 session club running until May)

5/5 - No Clubs due to AMP showcase

TIMES:  2:35-3:30 PM for 1-hour clubs or from 2:35-4:30PM for 2-hour clubs unless otherwise noted.  Multiple late student pickups may result in student being removed from club without refund.

ONE HOUR CLUBS - 2:35-3:30PM:
  • KG - 5th Grade Tuesday Capoeira Club (1 hr club) - Led by Lewis Lease. Capoeira, the Afro- Brazilian martial art, offers an exciting way for kids to grow in confidence, social skills, and self- expression while staying active. Capoeira blends martial arts with music and dance, encouraging rhythm, creativity, and gross motor skill development. When: Tuesdays from 2:35-3:30PM. Price: $100
 
  • KG-5th Grade Tuesday GARDEN and HEALTH HEROES AND KINDNESS CLUB IN ONE! (1 hr club)
    Come join Ms. Becca and Dr. Walter with a fun time working in the garden, taking care of the grow towers and more outside skills. While working on the wellness events and spreading kindness throughout Shelton and our awesome community. When:Tuesdays 2:35-3:30PM. Price: $100.

  • KG-5th Thursday Hip Hop & Dance (1 hr club) It’s a high energy, trendy, & exciting. With the latest age-appropriate hip hop and pop music, this class encourages each dancer to find their own individual swagger and style. This class builds confidence and proficiency as students explore movement that is fun! When: Thursdays 2:35-3:30. Price:$200

  • 3rd-5th Grade Friday Fiber Arts Club (1 hr club) We are here to teach beginning knitters and support budding fiber artists with their current projects: knitting, crochet, cross-stitch, embroidery, and whatever may fall in between! Join us on Fridays for time and space with like-minded crafters and expert support. Join Mrs.
    Magee and Ms. Hazelman for this fun club!  When: Fridays 2:35 - 3:30PM. NO Club on 4/4. No contact Day Price: $150.

  • 3rd-5th Grade Friday Cursive Club (1 hr club)  - At Cursive Club we will learn the basics of writing the cursive alphabet, starting with lowercase and working in uppercase. By the end, each student will produce one short piece of writing in cursive.This club  will be a fun introduction to cursive, for students who have not yet learned the entire alphabet, or a chance to practice and refine their penmanship if they already know the alphabet. When: Fridays 2:35 - 3:30PM. No Club 4/4. No Contact Day Price:$150

TWO HOUR CLUBS - 2:35-4:30PM
  • 1st-5th Grade Monday Sport & Board Games Club (2hr club)- . A variety of indoor and outdoor sports for the first hour and then board games the second
    hour. Lead by Ms. Jarnot and Mrs. Kerchner. When: Mondays 2:35-4:30. NO Club – Monday May 4 th – Flex Testing Day. Price: $250
 
  • KG-2nd Grade Wednesday Seed to Plate Cooking Class (2 hr club) Slow Food Denver’s Seed to Plate program features a series of playful and interactive cooking lessons that teach children the entire seed-to-plate process in a fun, engaging environment. Trained instructors use multicultural recipes and seasonal, locally sourced produce to illuminate the connection between where food comes from and how it is prepared. When: Wednesdays 2:35-4:30PM. Price: $250
 
  • KG-5th Grade Wednesday Science Matters (2 hr club) Pop, Bang, Fizz: Explore chemistry with hands-on fun! Make bath poppers, launch film canister rockets, create CO2 fountains, and even whip up ice cream. Wild About Weather: Become a meteorologist! Build a weather station, track air pressure, simulate weather fronts, and make a tornado in a bottle. When: Wednesdays 2:35-4:30PM. Price: $275
 
  • 3rd-5th Grade Wednesday Harry Potter Club (2 hr club)  Calling all young witches and wizards! Join us we will explore the world of Harry Potter through fun activities like potion making, wand crafting, magical creatures, and wizarding games. Plus, we’ll make and enjoy magical-themed snacks! Get ready for a fun-filled journey into the wizarding world - no Hogwarts letter required! Lead by Mr. Charlie. When:Wednesdays 2:35-4:30PM.  Price:$250
 
  • KG-5th Grade Thursday Spanish and Movement Club (2 hr club)  
    First hour students will explore Spanish. Each lesson will build upon conversational Spanish. Challenging the students to their level. Second hour will be different types of movement. Keeping the students active and healthy. When:  Thursdays 2:35-4:30PM. Price: $250.
