Session #4 Before and After School Enrichment Classes
2024-2025 School Year
Registration will close March 23rd, or as soon as classes fill. Space is limited in each class. If you are interested in a scholarship, please contact Mr. Taylor at Shelton no later than March 23rd. Note that programs run for 6 weeks from Mar 31st - May 8th from 2:35-3:30 PM unless otherwise noted.
Drama Club enrollment will continue from session 3, no need to sign up again.

- KG - 5th Grade Monday Afternoon Drama Set Design and Mural Club - with Mrs BonDurant and Genessee Art Works. Dates: March 31st, April 7,14, 21, 28, May 5th. When: Mondays from 2:35-4:30PM. Where: Art Room. Price: $205 (note that this is a 2 hour club).
- 2nd-5th Grade Monday Creative Writing - Provided by Ms. Gerrard Dates: March 31st, April 7,14, 21, 28, May 5th. When: Mondays from 2:35-3:30PM. Where: Ms Gerrard's Classroom. Price: $76.
- 3rd-5th Grade Monday Afternoon Bike Repair Club - Provided by Dr. Walter, Mr Carlson and The Golden Optimist Club. Dates: March 31st, April 7,14, 21, 28, May 5th. When: Monday afternoons 2:35-3:30PM. Where: Shelton. Price: $96.
- 1st-5th Grade Tuesday Afternoon Garden and Nature Club
Learn more about nature with hands on projects and experiments! Provided by Dr. Walter and the PTSA Garden leadership. Dates: April 1, April 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6. When: Tuesday afternoons from 2:35-3:30PM. Where: Shelton Garden and Library. Price: $81.
- KG-3rd Grade Tuesday Afternoon Clay,-Art-Yoga-Snack Time
Provided by Mrs BonDurant and Genesee Art Works. Dates: April 1, April 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6. When: Tuesday afternoons from 2:35-4:30PM. Note that this is a 2 hr club. Where: Shelton Art Room. Price: $230.
- 3rd-5th Grade Tuesday Afternoon Harry Potter Club with Mr. Charlie
Calling all witches and wizards, join us for a spellbinding Harry Potter program! Dates: April 1, April 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6. When: Tuesday afternoons from 2:35-3:30PM. Where: Mrs Perry's Classroom. Price: $75.
- 2nd-5th Grade Tuesday Afternoon Math League (Advanced Level) with Neil Fitzpatrick
Fun and engaging math challenges for students needing additional practice in math (advanced level) Dates: April 1, April 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6. When: Tuesday afternoons from 2:35-3:30PM. Where: Mr. Fitzpatrick's classroom. Price: $45.
- KG-3rd Grade: Wednesday Afternoon Mighty Movement Club with Ms. Becca Designed to introduce younger students to a variety of sports and physical activities. Dates: April 2, April 9, April 16, April 23, April 30, May 7. When: 2:35-3:30PM on Wednesdays. Where: The Gym. Price: $76
- KG-5th Grade Wednesday Afternoon Cooking with Slow Food of Denver 'Seed to Plate Edition of Slow Food Cooking Program Dates: April 2, April 9, April 16, April 23, April 30, May 7.. When: Wednesday Afternoons 2:35-3:30PM. Where: Teacher Lounge Price:$175.
- 3rd-5th Grade Thursday Afternoon Running with Ms. Jarnot: Help develop a love of running and stay active. Dates: April 3, April 10, April 17, April 24, May 1, May 8. When: Thursday afternoons from 2:35 - 3:30PM. Where: Shelton Gym Price:$71.
- 3rd-5th Grade Thursday Afternoon Fabric Club - Knitting /Crocheting with Ms. Magee, Ms. Hazelman and Ms. Weitzel. Offered for all skill levels for 3rd-5th grade and includes all art supplies. Dates: April 3, April 10, April 17, April 24, May 1, May 8. When: Thursday afternoons from 2:35 - 3:30PM. Where: Art Room Price:$125.
- K-5th Grade Thursday Afternoon Health Heroes / Kindness Club - With Mrs Knickberbocker & Ms. Becca, Students help with Healthy & Kindness Related Activities at Shelton and Support Monthly Challenges. Dates: April 3, April 10, April 17, April 24, May 1, May 8. When: 2:35-3:30PM Thursdays. Where: Shelton's Science Lab. Price: $80 (no t-shirt) or $100 (includes t-shirt).
- KG-5th Grade Thursday Afternoon Capoeira Club with Lewis Lease: Unique opportunity to explore the dynamic art of Capoeira - a Brazilian martial art with African roots, that combines kicks, cartwheels and acrobatic moves, in an exciting game to play with friends. Dates: April 3, April 10, April 17, April 24, May 1, May 8. When: 2:35-3:30PM Thursdays. Where: Shelton Gym. Price: $84.
- KG-5th Grade Thursday World of Dance Club - With Christina Casler. Move, Groove and Explore Cultures. Dates: April 3, April 10, April 17, April 24, May 1, May 8. When: 2:35-3:30PM Fridays. Where: Shelton Gym Price: $105 (Pair with Family Spanish for a total cost of $185 - $25 savings for the two clubs).
- All Ages Thursday Family Spanish with Christina Cassler
All levels of Spanish for 1 adult and up to 2 children. Cost includes all participants. Adult MUST attend club with student. Dates: April 3, April 10, April 17, April 24, May 1, May 8. When: Thursday afternoons from 3:30-4:30PM (note that this follows the dance club). Where: Art Room. Price: $105 for family club; $185 for both Dance and Spanish Club.
