Session #3 Before and After School Enrichment Classes
2025-2026 School Year
Registration will close January 8th, or as soon as classes fill. Space is limited in each class. If you are interested in a scholarship, please contact Jason Taylor at Shelton no later than January 7th (NO LATE ENROLLMENTS).
Dates: Jan 20th to March 13 (Drama Club is a 2 session club running until May)
1/29 - No Clubs - STEM FAIR
TIMES: 2:35-3:30 PM for 1-hour clubs or from 2:35-4:30PM for 2-hour clubs unless otherwise noted. Multiple late student pickups may result in student being removed from club without refund.

- KG-5th Grade Tuesday Afternoon Capoeira Club - Hosted at Shelton by Lewis Lease. Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art blending martial arts with music and dance. Dates: 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/3, 3/10, 3/17. When: Tuesdays from 2:35-3:30PM. Where:Shelton Gym. Price: $175
- KG - 5th Grade Wednesday Afternoon Kindness Club/Health Heroes Led by Mrs Becca. This club aims to nurture kindness and compassion through engaging activities each week. Dates: 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18. When: Wednesdays from 2:35-3:30PM. Where: Science Lab. Price: $150.
- KG-5th Grade Thursday Afternoon Speed Ball with Mrs Jarnot Speed ball is a fun and energetic game that combines elements of soccer, basketball and football. Dates: NO CLUB JAN 29 FOR STEM FAIR. 1/22, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19. When: 2:35-3:30PM Thursdays. Where: Shelton Gym. Price: $150.
- 2nd-5th Grade Monday Drama Club with Mr Galloway, Ms Hazelman and Mr Taylor - THIS IS A 2 SESSION CLUB
You have been quested with joining Mr. Galloway every week on Mondays to create a musical performance so epic the Shelton community shall never forget it! Dates: 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/23, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 4/6, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27, 5/11 (performance on May 14). When: Monday afternoons from 2:35-4:30PM. Where: The Music Room. Price: $250.
- KG-2nd Grade Monday Afternoon Art and Movement - CANCELED
Join Gennessee Art Workshops/Mrs BonDurant for Arts, movement and snacks! Dates:1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/23, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16. When: Mondays from 2:35-4:30PM. Where: Art Room. Price: $270.
- 3rd - 5th Grade Wednesday Afternoon Harry Potter Club Led by Mr Charlie. Each week brings magical challenges, an enchanted storyline and magical themed snacks. Dates: 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18. When: Wednesdays from 2:35-4:30PM. Where: Mrs Schwindt's Room. Price: $300.
- KG-5th Grade - Thursday Afternoon Spanish and World Dance Club Each week brings a new cultural experience and rhythms from around the world. After dance, students will be paired in groups with other students at similar ability levels. Each lesson focuses on conversational Spanish. Dates: NO CLUB JAN 29 FOR STEM FAIR. 1/22, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19. When: 2:35-4:30PM Thursdays. Where: Art Room and Gym. Price: $250.
- 1st-5th Grade Thursday Afternoon Chess Club - Led by Mr Galloway. Anyone with chess experience may join (must know chess pieces) Dates: NO CLUB JAN 29 FOR STEM FAIR. 1/22, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19. When: Thursday afternoons from 2:35 - 4:30PM. Where: Music Room Price:$200.
- 3rd-5th Grade Friday Afternoon Fiber Arts - Knitting and More - Led by Mrs Magee and Mrs Hazelman, Beginner to Advanced levels; learn new techniques with yarn projects and collaborate as a group. Dates: 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13 (NO CLUB ON 3/20). When: Friday afternoons from 2:35 - 4:30PM. Where: Room 405 Price:$225.
