Volunteers needed: coyote 5k classic 10/1/17
The 8th annual Coyote 5K Classic and 1 M Fun Run is scheduled for Oct. 1st!
In addition to being a family and community event, it's a lot of fun! This is one of PTSA's primary fundraisers and needs volunteer help to make it a success. Even though the event seems far off, a lot of planning happens in advance.
Sponsorship (2-5 people): Help secure commitment from repeat and new sponsors. Volunteer efforts begin mid-summer and continue up to the event, with a minimal, flexible time commitment.
Grade-level Gift Baskets Coordinators (1 - 2 people): Collect funds from students/parents, purchase gift items and create themed baskets for the race day raffle. Display baskets and sell raffle tickets before & after school the week before the race and on race day (others will assist with ticket sales). Minimal time commitment.
Teacher Experiences (1-2 people): Request and organize teacher experiences to sell the week before and on race day. Minimal time commitment.
This is a great way to get involved at Shelton with minimal time commitments!
